In middle school my dad brought me home Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding. I read it cover to cover and fell in love with bodybuilding. I would ride my bike to my local GNC store weekly to just look at the products and read the labels of all the bodybuilder supplements. I was obsessed with maximizing human performance. At this point my life revolved around wresting, football, and weights lifting. 

As soon as I turned 18, I began working for GNC. I always thought it would be a part time job. From 2007 to 2011 my pro MMA career took off and so did my career with GNC. I stayed with GNC for 14 years. I stared as a part time sales associate and ended my career as a regional sales director leading different territories all across the US. I learned to win in business and build high performing teams.

Most of my life I dream about bodybuilding and starting a supplement company. I allowed other opportunities to take me away from what I really wanted. At the end of 2021 I left GNC and did it. I started living my dream. You can to!

• October 08, 2016, I dedicated my life to bodybuilding. Completely transformed my body. This was the platform I planned to use to drive my brand and what I’ve always dreamed about. 

• On May 03, 2018, I launched yepstrength.com. It started as an online coaching company.

• June 7, 2020, I began to experiment with my formula. At that time, I called it secret powder.

• November 7, 2020, I won my first overall at the Idaho Cup.

• March 9, 2021, I moved back to Kansas City with the plan to go all in on my company. My goal was to launch in 5 years.

• At 2AM on November 14, 2021, after the Washington State Open, I made up my mind. It was time to go all in on Yep Strength.

• On November 23, 2021, I made the first serving of YEP! Pre-Workout.
